Liv Harrison cohosts our final show of 2021 as she and Taylor look back on the best and worst of the year. Tommy Tighe joins the show to discuss his newest book on Catholicism and mental health: St. Dymphna's Playbook. Tommy is a professional counselor by trade and combines that with his love of Catholicism to talk about improving our mental health through a combination of the two.
Taylor tries a new approach to the first segment by sharing some of his favorite quotes he's heard recently. It doesn't rein Liv in but it's entertaining none-the-less. Liv then shares about her new positivity challenge she's running for over 300 people and Taylor asks when she became positive. Finally they play a game that doesn't go anything like Taylor expected.
