This has been the most helpful tool for my prayer life! It solves the two biggest issues for me: not knowing what to say and getting distracted. A Catholic prayer for spiritual warfare. I have been praying this every night since High School and it has always helped me feel safe & that the Lord is protecting me even in the darkest times.
St. Micheal the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou o prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
